Customer Terms
Customers should buy at least the minimum quantity to place the order.
All the orders are manually called and confirmed from our end. If a single customer placed multiple orders we either club them together or remove them from the order list based on the customer’s wish.
since all orders are carried with cash on delivery in some cases we do collect convenience charges or partial payment or full payment from the customer for the order confirmation.
If the order is placed and confirmed then the customer refused to buy apart from the quality issue their profile will be blacklisted to maintain the healthy and trustworthy community.
All the products will be sold through the manufacturer or authorized seller so the invoice will be either from our side or from the concerned vendor side itself.
All the invoice payments should be transparent.
As per government norms, we will not collect more than Rs.50,000 as cash.
Once the customer checked with quality and quantity they should make the payment right away. “We don’t accept credit.”
Seller Terms
The seller should show their interest through our website https://cifoglobal.com/onboarding, then we will connect with them to understand about their products and their audiences.
We will market and list in our website only if the product satisfied our criteria in quantity, quality and price.
We donot deal with any reseller.
If the seller done any fraudulent after onboarding like providing fake information, delivering low quality product or failed to deliver their products we will blacklist them rightaway.
Seller should accept the faulty or damaged products back and provide either cashback or the new product.

Online and Offline marketing cost is optional but we do recommend to get more leads to your business.
